1. Pre-launch status

MarmacMart is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a buyer or seller account, and no transactions occur through the website at this stage.

2. Escrow terms (summary)

At launch, all payments will be held in escrow via MarmacPay until buyer confirmation or dispute resolution. Full terms governing release timing, dispute windows, and refund conditions will be published here.

3. Seller obligations (summary)

Sellers will be required to complete identity or business verification (NIN/BVN/CAC), list accurately, and ship within stated timeframes. Full obligations and enforcement terms will be published here before launch.

4. Pricing

Commission rates, escrow fees, and any subscription tiers are not yet finalised and are not published on the public site. Confirmed sellers on the waitlist will receive pricing details ahead of public launch.
